Lets talk about The Pressure Cleaning Man
The Pressure Cleaning Man was established in 2010.
Based in Gympie Queensland, we cover a catchment area from Maryborough, to Fraser Island and The Fraser Coast, Tin Can Bay, Cooloola Cove, Rainbow Beach, down through to Noosa, Perigian Springs, Coolum, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Pelican Waters, Landsborough, Beerwah and Glasshouse Mountains and the Sunshine Coast. Heading back up through the ranges from Maleny, Montville, Mapleton, Through to Kenilworth and Imbil. Murgon is about as far west as we go, but if you fall anywhere within these boundaries, we have you covered.
Pressure washing, gurni, gurneying, water blasting, steam cleaning, soft wash, there are various names for the same thing, which is generally known as pressure cleaning.
Water is pressurised and pushed through a hose. There is a happy medium where there is enough water and enough pressure to give you optimum cleaning power. The usual amount of water is between 15 – 21 litres per minute and is pressurised around 3000 to 4000 psi. This is for the best results that won’t damage the surface being cleaned.
A citrus based cleaner with bleach is the most effective method to get rid of dirt, grime and mould when combined with pressure cleaning. This contains a mould inhibitor that kills the mould spores that help prevent mould from coming back.
On residential cleaning we clean the roof (Colorbond, Zincalume, Trimdeck, tiles, terracotta), gutter, fascia, eves, soffit, walls, window ledges, columns and posts. Entrance ways, doors, garage doors, screen doors and window screens. Verandah and awnings, banisters and railings, shade sails. Brick walls and rendered surfaces, weatherboard, Hardiplank, cladding (plastic and aluminium and stone) and fibreglass.
All types of fencing (timber, Colorbond, brick, Besa block, rendered and electric) retainer walls, stone walls.
Sheds, garages, studios, shipping containers and fly overs. Tennis courts, swimming pools, shelters, huts, BBQ areas, toilets and telephone booths.
